Business Requirement

  • Client had to integrate their existing Higher Education product with salesforce so that their clients can leverage the rich CRM functionality of salesforce to manage the flow of new customers and run campaigns.
  • Also, all relevant data from the existing system would be made available in salesforce. The integrated product would facilitate the data movement from the existing system into salesforce.
  • The existing data also provides a rich set of scenarios for recruiting current and former students into new courses and programs. Having that data available within salesforce would facilitate the movement of the prospective students through the sales funnel.
